Beatuiful Pineapple

Don't all pineapples need to be decorated?

This is one of our current science projects, you guessed it we are going to grow a pineapple plant. First we ate the yummy pineapple. Then we cut off all of the remaining fruit and put the top into water. With in a few weeks we will start to see roots growing. It will take almost a year for fruit to grow and then another six - eight months for it to ripen. This is a long project, but it will be fun to see if we can get a pineapple from it.
