After reading the book about Japan, we decided to make a volcano and Mount Fuji. We used a syrup bottle for the base of Mount Fuji and a cup for the base of the volcano. We then covered them with paper mache'. Once they were dry we painted them. We will erupt the volcano when Pappi is with us via Internet connection. Technology is wonderful!


















Mount Fuji is the highest mountain in Japan and is snowcapped almost all year long.
